Gingerbread Pancakes and Russian Spice Tea Gift Bag

The aromas of Christmas spread throughout the house as you cook up these delicious holiday pancakes. Wonderful for Christmas morning along with freshly cooked slices of bacon and Russian Tea or a fresh cup of coffee. It also makes a wonderfully thoughtful gift for friends, teachers or family. Traditionally only available during 4th quarter, but due to customer requests, our Gingerbread Pancake and Russian Tea mixes are available for year round enjoyment. From product designs, cloth bags, labels and scratch made mixes, our products are produced in small batches and literally made and packaged by hand to ensure each meets our high quality standards. RECIPE: Russian Tea Cookies INGREDIENTS: 1 - 10 package Julia's Pantry Gingerbread Pancake Mix 2 eggs, beaten 3 Tablespoons Butter, softened 3/4 cup sugar (reserve 1/4 cup to roll dough balls before baking) DIRECTIONS: Step 1 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prpared baking sheet, line with parchment paper or grease it. Step 2 - Cream butter and sugar together in a bowl. Add egg. Step 3 - Slowly add pancake mix into mixing bowl until dough forms. Step 4 - Roll dough into 1 inch balls. In reserved sugar, roll balls to garnish and place on baking sheet. No need to flatten. Step 5 - Bake 11-13 minutes. Allow to cool on cookie sheet. Enjoy with a tea cup of Russian Spice Tea RECIPE: Russian Tea Hot Bourbon Toddy Prepare Russian Tea mix according to package instruction and add 1oz of your favorite bourbon.
